ASE AND BOSCH CERTIFIED MASTER TECHNICIAN
A vast majority of people somehow still consider the automotive repair professional as just a tradesman or mechanic. In reality, when diagnosing and repairing the various systems found in today’s vehicles, we require knowledge in the various laws of physics, chemistry, programming, technology and advanced mathematics. We must measure and evaluate temperatures, pressures, mechanical measurements, program and diagnose the hundreds of computers found in every modern vehicle as well as have customer service and experience in mind.
We problem-solve on a clock and must learn to fix thousands of problems on hundreds of different types of cars safely as fast as possible. Mathematics and Critical thinking plays an important role in everyday encounters with diagnosis and repairs. I love what I do, and I do it well.
